Terms of Service

1. Who can use AdSpin

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use AdSpin on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and roles

Accounts are one of three roles: buyers (brands and agencies browsing and enquiring about media), owners (media owners and agencies who list inventory), and administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings

Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including location, dimensions, availability, pricing, and their legal right to sell the advertising space. Listings are reviewed before they go live, but review is not a warranty of accuracy or legality. We may remove or decline any listing at our discretion.

A single physical site may be listed by more than one authorised seller. Where we can detect this, the listings are grouped, but each seller contracts with buyers independently.

4. Bookings and inquiries

AdSpin facilitates discovery and inquiries between buyers and owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the advertising contract itself is between the buyer and the owner. AdSpin is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or legality of the advertising media.

5. Listing fees, expiry and refunds

Media owners pay a listing fee for each listing that is live, for a fixed period bought in advance. Prices, taxes, and the period are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Razorpay); we do not store your full card details.

Nothing renews automatically. There is no subscription, standing instruction, or mandate on your account, and we never debit you without you completing a payment. When a paid period ends we allow a short grace window and then unpublish your listings; nothing is deleted, and they can be switched back on from your dashboard once a new period is paid for.

Founding members: the first 100 organizations to complete a payment keep the founding listing-fee rate and billing period for as long as they hold their slot, on their whole book. A slot belongs to the organization, not to an individual login, and is not transferable. This commitment covers the listing fee described in this section only; it does not entitle a founding member to other products or services we may offer later, free of charge or otherwise.

Refunds: except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partly used periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we’ll review it.

6. Partner program

Approved partners may earn commissions on listing-fee revenue they bring to AdSpin, on the terms agreed in their partner arrangement. Commissions are calculated and paid at our discretion in line with those terms and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to scrape or overload the service, or to misrepresent your right to sell any media. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

AdSpin and its logos are our property. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for dealings between buyers and owners. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact us at hello@adspin.media.
